We're sorry to see you go. If you would like to delete your Nmeal account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
How to delete your account

Send an email to nmealplanner@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Nmeal account.

Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Our support team will process your request within 48-72 hours. Once deleted, all your data, including meal plans and preferences, will be permanently removed.
Important Information
- This action is irreversible.
- All premium subscription data will be lost.
- Any generated recipes or shopping lists will be deleted.
